Terms of Service

These terms describe the expected use of the SSM platform. They are an initial product draft and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before production launch.

Platform access

Access is limited to authorized dealer personnel and approved users. Each user is responsible for protecting account credentials and using the platform only for legitimate dealer operations.

Accurate information

Users must provide accurate registration, dealer, team, inventory and report information. Uploaded records should be reviewed before publication or operational use.

Permitted use

SSM may not be used to falsify inventory ownership, alter performance records improperly, bypass approval workflows or access information outside the user’s assigned role.

Data responsibility

Dealer organizations remain responsible for the lawful collection and use of personal, inventory and operational data entered into the platform. Access should be granted only where a valid operational need exists.

Account suspension

Accounts may be suspended when access is no longer authorized, security is at risk, information is misused or platform rules are violated.

Service changes

Features, workflows and availability may change as SSM develops. Material changes affecting user responsibilities should be communicated through appropriate system or organizational channels.

Contact

Questions about these terms should be submitted through the SSM Contact page or, for existing users, through the Support Center.
